Once your project is complete, your payments begin, typically within 30 days.
Plan Options
Pure Finance Group offers terms up to 20 years, with rates based on your credit profile. Choose the term that fits your monthly budget.
10-year
The fastest way to pay off your roof and pay the least in total interest. Monthly payments run higher than the longer terms, but you're done sooner.
15-year
A middle ground: a lower monthly payment than the 10-year term, without stretching things out as far as possible. A good fit if you want the payment to feel manageable without committing to two decades of payments.
20-year
The lowest possible monthly payment. Spreading payments over 20 years keeps your monthly cost down, though you'll pay more in total interest over the life of the loan than with a shorter term.
