The Site is provided to help you learn about our roofing and gutter services and request an estimate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Estimates and Services

Information on the Site, including pricing, timelines, and service descriptions, is general in nature. Actual pricing, scope of work, and timelines for any roofing project are provided in a separate written estimate or contract, which governs that specific project.

No Warranty on Website Content

While we try to keep the Site accurate and current, we don't guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information on it. Warranties on our actual roofing work and materials are described separately (see our FAQ page) and aren't created or changed by anything on this Site.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including our financing partner, Pure Finance Group, and material manufacturers like GAF. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Intellectual Property

The content on this Site, including text, photos, and the Northwing name and logo, belongs to Northwing Roofing / CBus Roofing LLC and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Northwing Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions

  1. Program description. Northwing Roofing (“Northwing,” “we,” “us”) operates a text messaging program that sends service-related, transactional messages to customers who have requested or booked roofing or gutter services. These phone numbers will be used to respond to prospective customers' requests for services from Cbus Roofing LLC (DBA Northwing Roofing) or to proceed with the next steps in scheduling their roofing projects once they have agreed to a quote. We only send text messages to contacts who have expressly opted-in to receiving text messages from us.   2. How you enroll (consent). You enroll when you provide your mobile phone number to Northwing Roofing while requesting or booking service — on our online intake form, or verbally or in writing when scheduling — and agree to receive service-related texts about your job. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not enroll anyone who has not given their number for this purpose.

  3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the status and activity of your job (for example, when a technician is en route, when an appointment is approaching, or when your job status changes).

  4. Cost. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  5. Help.  If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@northwingroofing.com.

  6. Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  8. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
